Travel expenses are calculated in the following manner:
- Up to a 50-mile radius of Ankeny, Iowa
- mileage at the maximum rate allowed by the IRS (currently $.485 per mile)
- parking (if applicable)
- 51- to a 100-mile radius of Ankeny, Iowa
- mileage at the maximum rate allowed by the IRS (currently $.485 per mile)
- parking (if applicable)
- meals at $10.00 per day

More than a 100-mile radius of Ankeny, Iowa
- mileage at the maximum rate allowed by the IRS (currently $.485 per mile)
- parking (if applicable)
- meals at $30.00 per day
- lodging at $75.00 per night
For workshops, sponsors will be responsible for duplicating materials when a master copy is provided at least ten days in advance. If sponsors prefer, copies of workshop materials may be purchased for $15.00 per copy.
